For optimal safety and results, we recommend refraining from alcohol consumption or blood-thinning medication to minimize the risk of bruising. Additionally, it is advisable to avoid prolonged sun exposure. Please keep us informed of any changes in your medical history, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, new medications, or recent diagnoses, as ensuring your safety remains our utmost priority.
To optimize your experience, we recommend consuming a complete meal and abstaining from caffeine to reduce the likelihood of experiencing dizziness. Please arrive without wearing makeup or skincare products to ensure a clear face. It is essential to stay hydrated and aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment.
Refrain from touching or applying pressure to the treated area and maintain an upright position.
Refrain from engaging in heavy lifting or strenuous exercise. Avoid exposure to high temperatures or direct heat sources such as sunlight, tanning beds, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid wearing headwear during this period.
Following a neuromodulator injection treatment with products such as Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin, you can expect to experience temporary redness, swelling, or minor bruising at the injection site. Results typically become noticeable within a few days to a week, with the full effects becoming evident after about two weeks. The effects of neuromodulators generally last around three to four months, varying slightly depending on the individual. Temporary redness, swelling, bumps or bruising at the injection site may occur. These are temporary but can be treated with a light cold compress to reduce redness, swelling, or bruising (Avoid excessive pressure). Minor bumps typically subside within the first hour or two.
If experienced, headaches and/or discomfort should typically resolve within one to three days. Over-the-counter pain relievers can help alleviate headache or discomfort. Note: Do not use Aspirin)

For optimal results and to ensure the effectiveness of the PDO Thread treatment, it is advised to refrain from smoking for 1-2 weeks prior to the procedure. Stop taking vitamin E supplements such as Fish Oil, Krill, Garlic, Chili, Ginseng, Ginger & Green Teas
To enhance the safety and efficacy of the PDO Thread treatment, it is recommended to abstain from the consumption of alcohol, any Aspirin based products such as Ibuprofen, and blood thinners for 48-72 hours before the procedure. If taking Warfarin®, it is recommended to stop taking it 5 days prior to procedure.
