This notice is intended to make our patience aware that the practice of medicine and surgery is inherently not an exact science. Fees are remitted solely for the provision of medical services and do not guarantee specific outcomes. By engaging our services, you agree to collaborate with us throughout the treatment process. This involves adhering to all guidelines provided by our team before, during, and after your treatment session. Our guidelines encompass care instructions, activity recommendations, regulations concerning the presence of pets and children in our clinics and expected behavior during your treatment. In certain instances, additional services or treatments may be necessary to address issues or complications that may arise. Please be aware that such additional services may incur extra charges for which you will be accountable.
To secure your preferred day and time, we recommend booking appointments several weeks in advance, as prime slots tend to fill up swiftly. When scheduling an appointment, we respectfully ask for a credit card or debit card number to secure your booking. Please note that your credit or debit card will only be charged in the event that the cancellation policy is not adhered to. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your initial appointment to complete any necessary intake paperwork. Alternatively, you may complete the paperwork in advance through your online account which was sent via text and/or email at the time of your booking.

In the event that you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us promptly so that we can accommodate any necessary adjustments to your appointment schedule.

Skin Lab & Contour reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason.
 
Skin Lab & Contour reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, limit, prohibit, or cancel orders of products or services to any account. In the event that an order is limited or canceled, Skin Lab & Contour may, but is not obligated to, attempt to contact the customer using the provided contact information or through the customer’s account.
 
Skin Lab & Contour shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and the customer’s credit card has been charged. If a customer’s credit card has already been charged for a purchase that is properly canceled, Skin Lab & Contour will issue a credit to the customer’s credit card account for the amount of the charge. Skin Lab & Contour may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that an order is changed or canceled, Skin Lab & Contour may attempt to notify the customer by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
 
The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Skin Lab & Contour’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of Skin Lab & Contour’s offer to sell. Skin Lab & Contour reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If permitted by applicable law, Skin Lab & Contour reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if you purchased a product. Skin Lab & Contour may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
At Skin Lab & Contour, the treatments offered are elective procedures and are not covered by public or private insurance plans. We do not submit claims to insurance providers. Payment must be made before services are provided. Customers are personally liable for all fees and charges associated with their purchase.
 
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes) to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is deemed unacceptable, your order may be automatically put on hold or canceled.
 
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Skin Lab & Contour may automatically apply and collect any relevant sales taxes for purchases. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for any sales taxes or other taxes, including those for orders shipped to you.
 
The prices of our products and services at Skin Lab & Contour may change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue our offerings at any time without advance notification. If a product or service is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to a typographical error or supplier error, Skin Lab & Contour retains the right, within the limits permitted by law, to reject or cancel orders placed for the product or service at the inaccurate price.
To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and out of consideration for both our valued patients and dedicated team at Skin Lab & Contour, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling needs. Please be advised that a $50 cancellation fee will be applied in accordance with our company policy for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show. Kindly be aware that a 72-hour cancellation policy is in effect for group reservations.
 
Given the high demand for appointments, we recommend scheduling your next visit before leaving our clinic to secure your preferred time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and effective appointment schedule.
Customers purchasing products online will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges as indicated during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss transfer to customer upon delivery. Please note that orders typically require 24-48 hours for processing, and during peak seasons or holidays, this processing time may extend to an average of 48-72 hours. Orders placed after 11pm PT on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Some carriers or regions may not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery services. Please be aware that any shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipments.
